What we focus on
We mainly focus on the fundamentals of the basketball. Rather than working on combo moves, we believe all the athletes should focus on fundamentals of the basketball. Once athletes get stronger with the fundamentals, we emphasize on understanding the game of basketball. This includes practicing with and without basketball, understanding offensive and defensive strategies and solidifying the IQ of the player to make accurate in-game decisions.
