Hailing from Oakland and raised in Louisiana, Damien’s coaching style is deeply rooted in his humble beginnings. He brings a unique blend of Southern grit and West Coast energy to the court, dedicated to developing the next generation of athletes both as players and as people.

Damien believes that elite performance is built on a foundation of trust and mentorship. His coaching philosophy is defined by a "tough love" balance:
